Perhaps sing along!<\/li><li>Make sure your child practices as soon after every lesson as possible (when the corrections and suggestions of teacher are fresh in mind).<\/li><li>Encourage proper posture when seated and therefore relaxation at the instrument.<\/li><li>Provide proper lighting when reading\/writing music (ask about piano\/orchestra lamps). <\/li><li>Check their progress when doing written homework assignments.<\/li><li>Help teacher achieve consistency with your child by keeping up with weekly lessons.<\/li><li>Show interest and help the child develop a happy attitude toward piano study.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Teachers strive to: Teach in the most natural and enjoyable way.
